Placing an Order

There are no minimum order requirements.
Send us an e-mail with your order specifications (Preferred method), or fax your order or call it in .
Include item number and catalog page numbers for each item.
Also include phone number and shipping address.
NO DROP SHIPPING. Merchandise will only be shipped to address on the account. This is for your protection as well as ours.

All orders will be invoiced by PayPal invoicing via e-mail .

Customers don't have to have a PayPal account to complete transaction through PayPal's secure system, however , we strongly recommend getting one .
PayPal accepts all major credit cards and checks for your convenience.

Signed tax-exempt forms must be on file for dealers and retail stores purchasing for resale.

Sterling silver prices are at $6.50 per ounce

Gold prices are based on $400 per ounce.

Most merchandise is sold by weight and fluctuates with daily gold; however, some stone-set items or some of the items without weights listed will NOT fluctuate with daily gold.

Special order merchandise and stone set items are not returnable or refundable.
Please verify price on stone set products when ordering.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to make any corrections if a billing error occurs.

Please have item number and whether item is from 14k, 10k , Platinum,Sterling Silver ,Watches or Gifts catalog and the page number for each item ready when ordering.

The following information is provided to make doing business together as fair as possible for you, our customer, and Select Lines International
. Our goal, as always, is to provide the best product and service in our industry. In order to provide quality service to all of our customers the policies, procedures, terms, and conditions below must be adhered to strictly.
Note: All the terms and time limitations are based on the original invoice date. This applies to billing, exchanges, returns, memos, and C.O.D.'s.
Shipping

We ship FEDEX (Federal Express) ,UPS and Post Office . Please advise if you have a preference.

All items in stock are shipped the same day they are ordered when placed before 1:00 pm(GMT).

All orders will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes backorders.

All exchanges and returns to customers will be charged for shipping.

Shipping instruction options as follows:
Ship in two (2) shipments - For each order, in stock items will be shipped when ordered. Backorders (for order currently being placed) will be shipped when all are filled. (Preferred method of shipping)
Ship as backorders come in - For each order, in stock items will be shipped when ordered. Backorder items will be shipped as they are filled (This may result in several shipping charges, depending on the number of items on backorder).
Ship complete - For each order, in stock items will be held until all backorders of current order are filled. There is not a guaranteed time frame when order will be received when using this method of shipping. (For large orders placed, we are not able to hold for backorders, it will be considered Ship in two shipments).

Select Lines International combines orders whenever possible in order to minimize customers shipping expenses.
Pick-Up Orders

Pick-up orders for our local customers may be picked up during regular business hours.

During the holiday season, pick up time will vary. Please ask the representative when placing the order.

Business hours are 9:00 AM (GMT) to 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday.

Customers will not be allowed to rotate between pick-up and ship. It must be established as one procedure.
Returns
We know that from time to time you may find it necessary to return merchandise to us. As long as this privilege is not abused, and all terms and conditions are met, we will accept the return of merchandise. The time limitations are based on date of original invoice. Please inspect your merchandise when received.
Please follow these steps to insure proper credit.

Obtain return authorization number from our Customer Service department within 10 days of the invoice date

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of invoice date. Merchandise received for credit the 16th day and after, will be credited against future purchases.

Return items with a copy of the original invoice, return authorization number and reason for return of merchandise.

Merchandise returned without an invoice and authorization number will be credited at our discretion, or returned to you at your expense.

"Special order" merchandise is non-returnable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable. Special orders are made to your special parameters and cannot be accepted for return. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. If in doubt of what is considered "special order" ask the customer service representative. Stone set merchandise is considered "special order".

Returns of altered, special orders, or closeout merchandise will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Credit will be given for merchandise only.

Any item that has manufacturing defects will be exchanged at any time.

Exchanges will be done for like merchandise. (e.g. Gold for gold and diamond for diamond)

In general, we do not impose a restocking fee. However, if we feel our return policy is being abused a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Refunds are granted in the event that Select Lines International has made an error.
Unclaimed, undeliverable, refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus freight.
NOTE: Authorizations numbers are voided if merchandise is not received within 15 days of invoice date. Returns and refunds are granted at the discretion of Select Lines International; having an authorization number does not guarantee acceptance of returns or refunds.
Availability
Any item not in stock will be placed on backorder. Please refer to shipping instructions for backorders. At time of order, you must inform the customer service representative if you wish not to have merchandise on backorder.
